I am really looking forward to writing this blog this week. Its been 24 weeks since I started my MKMMA journey, and what a journey it has been. I never thought id ever take a journey into understanding me, let alone one as in depth, revealing, and powerful than the one i am currently experiencing.
Within every journey there are things which stand out – and become the greatest lessons.
If anyone had of asked me a 2 years ago if i knew where I wanted to be in 5 years, I would have given some flakey answer to try and sound like I knew but it truth it would have been a load of nonsense. That sounds harsh but it is true, I had never really given proper thought to what I wanted, and then be prepared to write it down and go for it. Interestingly, material things dominate this list, its what I relate to, we live in a physical world. This journey is teaching me that knowing oneself at a very core level, breaking away at the cement which covers our golden budha is what I should be seeking.
This point is key – having a continuous awareness of oneself is so powerful in the search for growth. This brings me to another key lesson which has been very prevalent over the past 2 weeks. Having a clear and defined definite major purpose is vital to ones success. Repetitious affirmation of this DMP through various subliminal learning faculties is paramount to cementing the desire into the subconscious. The third and most important step is to take action in the direction of your DMP. This is the hardest stage, actually taking the continuous action to fulfill your DMP. I found my self over the past 2 weeks caught up in being too busy being busy, and falling back on competing the tasks which I have set myself which are crucial to my dreams. Why do we fall off the production path?
The answer to this question is not too important to me – the greatest realization which I had was that I was aware of where I was, and I am so entrenched in habitual subconscious reminders that not only am I fully aware of where I am that getting back onto the right path is easy. This my friends is where most, fall off the wagon into an abyss of conformity. Most don’t either realize they have fallen off, or only realize too late and by then its just too easy to give up. A very empowering lesson.
In a few weeks I will be going into the silence. Spending 2-3 days away on my own with no distractions, at all, just me and my mind. It will be time to listen to me, understand me and get to know me at a deeper level. Its a journey I am very excited about – I will write about it soon.
Until then….
